More knitting News - I’ve been busy knitting more socks. This time it’s a version of the Broken Seed Stitch Socks. This pattern is more of a menu rather than a pattern. The Broken Seed Pattern works really well with a high contrast colour and the final socks are final are great. I’ve used Zig Zag 4ply in Topaz. The plain off white colour is an undyed sock yarn.The knit pattern works on the leg part of the sock and the top of the foot. The bottom of the foot is a simple stripe. The rib, toe and heel is knitted in the plain, contrast colour.
I’m already working on the next pair of Broken Seed Socks - with a different contrast colour. The pattern is very simple but very effective and grows quite quickly.
